Snacks and refreshment for guests provided by the hotel at the reception. That was great and shops are just around and its easy for shopping and also a nice and Blessed walk to the old city of Jerusalem. People of Jerusalem and staff are friendly and Godly people. Very central location but not noisy. Easy access to the light-rail system. Kosher restaurant. The lifts worked every time. Cold drink in the lobby (with cookies) gratis, just the thing when you've been walking in the Jerusalem sun all morning. (It's a good idea to take a bottle of water with you anyway.)

Renovations are moving along nicely. I loved having a living room and kitchen, even though we mostly ate on Ben Yehuda. Mattresses were so comfortable. The location is amazing.

The staff are very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Location is in the heart of Jerusalem. Great food and shopping nearby. We love this hotel. Highest possible recommendation!

All of the people at the desk very very polite and helpful. The person in charge of cleaning gave me the products I requested. My room was very quiet. I was totally satisfied.

Breakfast was perfect and perfect location for bus, train & taxi. A perfect location for good walk to the Kotel ( Praying Wall)
