Snacks and refreshment for guests provided by the hotel at the reception. That was great and shops are just around and its easy for shopping and also a nice and Blessed walk to the old city of Jerusalem. People of Jerusalem and staff are friendly and Godly people. God bless Jerusalem and Israel. God is at Peace in Israel. To God be the glory.Amen

Very central location but not noisy. Easy access to the light-rail system. Kosher restaurant. The lifts worked every time. Cold drink in the lobby (with cookies) gratis, just the thing when you've been walking in the Jerusalem sun all morning. (It's a good idea to take a bottle of water with you anyway.)

Renovations are moving along nicely. I loved having a living room and kitchen, even though we mostly ate on Ben Yehuda. Mattresses were so comfortable. The location is amazing.

All of the people at the desk very very polite and helpful. The person in charge of cleaning gave me the products I requested. My room was very quiet. I was totally satisfied.

Breakfast was perfect and perfect location for bus, train & taxi. A perfect location for good walk to the Kotel ( Praying Wall)

I like the size of the suite. I like that there was a mini kitchen. The location is amazing.

The manager of this hotel is completely devoted to the guests' wellbeing and happiness. Rami is very attentive and meeting him was honestly a highlight of my stay))) Any minor inconveniences were resolved and outshined by the staff's polite and welcoming vibe :3

I love the breakfast. I love the people, the land. Perfect location. Easy access to shops, market & transport. Good walk to the Kotel for prayer.

This property is in a great location but parking was not included which I thought it was in previous stays there. Parking is quite expensive, 160 NIS per day.
